At Fine Framers, we’ve built up a fine relationship with many sporting clubs and organisations over the years, and Carlow GAA is amongst them.
We were recently engaged by them again for their annual ceremony to honour the top scorers in all the championships played in the county from minor up to senior level. We were asked to design and produce fitting tributes to the top marksmen of 2014. What we came up were suitably sporting mementoes, featuring the County Carlow GAA crest and a personalised plate featuring the name of each award winner, his club, and the competition he was being honoured for, along with the title of ‘Top Scorer 2014’.
This was all in gold-embossed cut-outs against a cream background in a black frame, so that the award would look good hanging on any clubhouse wall or in the home of the recipient.
All the awards were presented at Carlow’s county training grounds last week, in a ceremony that made the pages of our leading local newspaper, ‘The Nationalist’.
