We are delighted to be re-opening on Phase 2 of the Plan….on Mon June 8th. We will now be operating on an appointment only basis and you may book an appointment directly from our website. We have reorganized our store to help us to continue to provide a complete framing service under the ongoing Covid 19 restrictions .
Our main priority is to help you feel comfortable and safe when you visit us for Picture Framing.
We have now created a dedicated in- store customer area which is accessed through our new Automatic Sliding door , so you will not have to touch any door handles to enter ,and once you enter, social distancing is guaranteed. When you drop off (by Appointment) art or items to be framed ,it will be placed in quarantine for a few days, after which we will view it and arrange a design consultation with you. We will no longer accept CASH , and have now provided our BANK details on our website as well as a facility for Secure payment by CREDIT CARD , directly on our website. Collections of completed work will also be by Appointment only. By putting all these new measures in place we will be able to guarantee you a contactless service, where you will be the ONLY CUSTOMER in our store.
